FENTY BEAUTY STUNNA LIP PAINT REVIEW
June 9, 2018
I know that this is not a new product, let me start on that. People have talked about the Fenty Beauty Stunna lip paint a lot and it is no longer the focus in this industry. However (there is always a ‘however’), I think that people should stop talking about anything else which tries to be this product.
I kind of spoiled your experience there (if you haven’t already read my предишната ми статияand now you know that I am obsessed with this. But let’s get to the nitty-gritty, shall we?
It is a shame that Fenty beauty, and especially this product, is not available everywhere in the world, because I honestly think that everyone needs the Stunna lip paint in Uncensored this in their lives. I honestly threw away the 3 other similar bright red shades I had and only left this one. The colour is so perfect, it is an absolutely amazing red shade. It has no undertone to it, which is why it is marketed as a product that suits all skin tones.
Lip paint is the best name for this product, as it just feels like paining. It is so opaque and perfect, you need the tiniest amount.

The packaging is possibly the only thing I don’t like about this lip paint. Although it is absolutely gorgeous, it is the most impractical packaging in the world. I have nowhere to put it. I don’t like having my lipsticks laying and I display them in an acrylic lipstick holder, and this one does.not.fit. It takes too much space, which annoys me a little, because my vanity is on the smaller side. I am trying to keep it looking tidy and not too cluttered, but the shape of this product spoils my attempts. Still love the lip paint with all my heart, though, and I am willing to forgive it ruining my aesthetic.
Stunna dries down to a comfortable matte. The weirdest thing with this lip paint is that there is a golden amount of product for it to not transfer. It you use just the tiniest of tiniest bits, it is absolutely transfer-proof. However, if you put just a smidgen more, it is far from being transfer-proof. It’s really important to go light-handed and be very careful when you apply the Stunna lip paint if you want it to be transfer proof.
This is something that would bother some people, but I don’t really care if my lipstick transfers or not. I will leave my lip print all over your life if I have to.
The scent is quite vanilla-y, which I am not mad about at all. It is not too strong, you can’t smell it when the product is on your lips.
This product is long wearing for sure. I can vouch for it staying on for at least 9 hours, as long as you don’t eat anything too greasy. Greasy food is the kryptonite of long wearing makeup. It does get a bit dry (not nearly as dry as the Kat von D everlasting liquid lipsticks, though) around the 5-hour mark, but nothing a lip balm or a lip gloss can’t fix, as the product stays put when applying other products on top. I did not find it running in the lines around my mouth.
I would say that Stunna is a definiteluy a stunning product (living the pun life). It has its pros and cons, but I think it is amazing if you are just looking for something different. If you feel like there isn’t a bright red shade that suits you – definitely try this one out!
